Jae-Chell Adult Family Care Home is nestled in a quiet, pleasant and beautiful area of Palm Beach Farms in an unincorporated area of West Palm Beach, Florida. We are minutes away from Interstate 95 and the Florida Turnpike. Our staff is highly trained and experienced, however, should there be an emergency requiring hospitalization, you may be assured by the fact that we are just minutes away from away from Wellington Regional Hospital and Palms West Hospital.
Jae-Chell Adult Family Care Home provides two levels of care; independent and assisted living. Our residents enjoy pleasant, quiet surroundings which add prestige and comfort to their home. Our caring staff is available 24 hours a day. We at Jae-Chell Adult Family Care Home know that it is a difficult decision to leave familiar surroundings. It is our pledge to provide a supportive environment, offering privacy, companionship, respect for our resident's rights and wishes and provide quality of life for years to come.
Jae-chell Adult Family Care Home is family owned and operated with experienced and qualified staff to care for your loved ones. Our staff has years of experience in the healthcare industry and is state certified/ registered in nursing, hospice and palliative care. We at Jae-chell Adult Family Care Home are aware of the current growing demand for placement of seniors and adults who require supervision with activities of daily living and assistance with medication and especially the needs of Alzheimer patients who require extra close supervision. In comparison to the huge institutions that houses our seniors, Jae-chell Adult Family Care Home is on a smaller, more intimate scale, providing more personal services in a family like setting.
It is our intent to support each of our resident in maintaining a high level of self esteem and dignity while aging. We have kept our facility small enough to stay abreast of daily activities; however large enough to offer a wide range of programs.
